I looked at a competitor car at a different dealership and was treated as a mark and felt pressured and bullied into buying a car before I was sure. I came back to Dean Team (now a repeat customer) and had a very wonderful experience. Andy was extremely helpful and patient. I bought an Elantra sedan off the sales floor! Scott explained everything in detail. I highly recommend buying your next car from Dean Team. More

I was with my daughter and was signing documents quickly without looking hard enough. So they duped me on that worthless item. If they told me me about it and that it would cost 295.00 I'd have quickly said no... but they put it on the invoice and just had me sign documents. Pretty sneaky. Ultimately my fault because I signed it but they (Scott) pulled one over on me. More
