Andy Miller went ABOVE and BEYOND in Customer Service. He was recommended by a co-worker, and was just wonderful throughout the entire process. My Mom wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and due to was recommended by a co-worker, and was just wonderful throughout the entire process. My Mom wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and due to her health, it's really hard for my Mom to get out of the house, let alone to do a huge venture like purchasing a car. From the moment we walked in, Andy assisted us to a table where we discussed the car my Mom was interested in purchasing. From there, he got the car for us to test-drive, then was wonderful during the entire purchasing process. He was so patient with explaining everything and we left with no questions. He also emphasized that if my daughter had any questions, she was welcome to come see him and he would go over anything with her.
