The customer service at Audi Dallas is top notch form the moment I drive up. The staff are extremely professional-within seconds of driving up someone greets me and offers to assist. The team always gives me a fast estimate of service and time estimate to get the car back, they call an Alto to get me home and they are in regular communication regarding status and they send me a video via text of the condition of my car.
