Although there was a bit of miscommunication in the service department that led to some delays, Steve took control of the situation as soon as he found out about it and resolved all the issues. I'm very happy with the customer service I experienced and won't hesitate to recommend Kachina and Steve in the future. More

Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience as I have had some horrible car purchasing experiences in the past.
