NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I had purchased a used car from this dealer and it has been nothing but issue after issue for me. I certainly believe I was mislead into thinking I had purchased a used car from this dealer and it has been nothing but issue after issue for me. I certainly believe I was mislead into thinking everything on the car was working and operational. I drove the car for not even 1 week and a check engine light had came on and several other lights as well. So clearly this dealer did not do due diligence when checking the car when they first bought it and lied to me saying it ran perfectly and will be on the road for many more years. I did my due diligence as well on test drives and nothing concerning happened while doing so. on top of that, nobody disclosed to me the car had previously been modified, I even asked and they didn't have a answer. shouldn't you know that kind of info before you try to sell a vehicle? When my check engine light came on they did help me with fixing the first time around but shortly after their "fix" the light came back on 3 days later. So I call the dealership and talked to Andy Otte and he basically told me to screw off and find a different dealer to fix it. Which is absolutely crazy to me, you "fix" the issue then 3 days later the same issue comes back. How is that my responsibility? Clearly it was on your service department. Absolutely unbelievable. It is just a absolute shame that they lied to me directly in my face and said the car was in good condition. After reading reviews about this place I thought my experience would be somewhat decent. I have been to multiple dealers and this is the worse one I have been too, to be completely honest. I was tricked and manipulated into thinking everything was fine when that wasn't reality. and to be told to basically screw off and find someone else to help me is crazy. That is not how you accrue and or conduct business, just plainly unprofessional in every sense. I HIGHLY suggest if you are reading this post never ever buy a used vehicle from these guys at any cost they will sit there and present fake smiles to you like most crappy dealers do and try to sell you something they did not thoroughly look at. Moral of the story is DONT EVER BUY A USED CAR from these guys its just blatant lies to your face and fake smiles. I am not the type to write bad reviews unless absolutely necessary and in this case it was. Shame on Honda of Lincoln do not do business with these people. More

Carson took great care of us, and reached out to his colleagues whenever he needed help. Andy was very helpful and supporting of Carson. Just based on how new Carson is, and the fact that he can’t know it all after a couple of weeks, is why I gave him 4 instead of 5 stars. I’m confident that I would give Carson 5 stars if I came back in a year from now to buy another car :-) More
