All in one day, he gets in a horrible car accident, and not even 12 hours later, he is sitting in a brand new car!! They did the impossible! He went above and beyond to help us, and his communication and understanding were better than any sales representative I have ever had to deal with! I have purchased a total of three vehicles from Roush Honda. My initial purchase was a 2023 Honda Civic, The 23 Honda Civic was an overall great car, I can never remember the persons name who sold me Honda. My initial purchase was a 2023 Honda Civic, The 23 Honda Civic was an overall great car, I can never remember the persons name who sold me the vehicle but he was amazing and I do believe he moved up to finance. About a year later followed by a 2024 Honda Ridgeline. Unfortunately, the Ridgeline presented some challenges, prompting me to purchase a 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid. Throughout this experience, Joel Williams and Andy from the finance department provided exceptional support and guidance in my vehicle purchases. I absolutely love the Civic Hybrid it is amazing and to anyone on the fence about it it is totally worth it. Average of about 47 MPG in real world conditions. Their customer service is exemplary, and they are capable of assisting individuals with poor credit. Overall, Roush Honda is an outstanding dealership. I extend my gratitude to Roush Honda! More
