After a less than stellar experience with another local car dealership, I contacted Roush Honda to look for a new car. Mesiah Smith was my salesperson, and he went the extra mile to secure the exact car th car dealership, I contacted Roush Honda to look for a new car. Mesiah Smith was my salesperson, and he went the extra mile to secure the exact car that I've been looking for, as well as keeping me updated every step of the way. Brandon Blair also assisted me when I came to pick up my brand new car. He demonstrated the car's special features, and answered any questions that I had. Both Mesiah and Brandon were wonderful to deal with, in every way. I didn't know that buying a car could be so stress free from start to finish! If I ever need to buy another car, I will go straight to Roush Honda. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks again to Mesiah and Brandon, who couldn't have been more helpful and kind. They are a real credit to Roush Honda. More

After unsuccessfully working with other car dealerships in Columbus, I went to Roush hoping to buy a car. I worked with Mike Brady and he was absolutely lovely. Mike was kind and patient and really made su in Columbus, I went to Roush hoping to buy a car. I worked with Mike Brady and he was absolutely lovely. Mike was kind and patient and really made sure I felt comfortable with the car I was purchasing. I never felt rushed, or that I was taking up too much time and ended up with the car I wanted. I also worked with Kyln for the finance part and he was a dream- extremely warm and kind! I would absolutely reccomend Roush and would use them again for my furture needs. More

Steven Dewberry did a great job at helping allocate a Civic Si for me despite the challenges in finding this particular car. Buying process was relatively seamless, only hard part was having to wait for Civic Si for me despite the challenges in finding this particular car. If I could give Roush Honda 10 stars I would. I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within the hour called back to tell me I was approved. Once I got to the dealership, I worked with Brandon. Brandon was nothing short of amazing. Very nice, very professional, he made the car purchasing experience very easy. In the Finance department I worked with Mike. Mike explained all of the documents making sure that I completely understood what I was signing. I never felt pressured to add on the additional warranty (although I did add it on. It was a great deal). My experience with Roush was probably the best experience I ever had with regard to purchasing a new car. I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking to buy their first or next car call Roush Honda. They are the epitome of excellent customer service. KUDOS!!!! More
