Lexus of brookfeild was extremely helpful did not feel rushed or pressured to buy a vehicle in any way. Very great team of people to work with! I found Lexus of Brookfield through one of those auto sales website. Particularly, they had a car make and model I was looking for and wanted to test drive. My interaction with the internet department wa sales website. Particularly, they had a car make and model I was looking for and wanted to test drive. My interaction with the internet department was brief and pleasant, and they set me up with an appointment to test drive the car. When I arrived for my test drive, everyone I interacted with was pleasant and courteous. I was introduced to Andrew Ratner, who would take me through the process of test driving and eventually purchasing a car. Andrew was super easy to talk to and we connected on a number of subjects during wait times. The catch for that day was that I had a fairly limited and set amount of time that I could spend at the dealership, so things moved along quite swiftly with no hiccups. He joined me on the test drive and suggested a route that would allow me to get a good feel for the car in a short amount of time. After the drive, Andrew immediately found someone to appraise the car I would trade in. The price was on point with what I had expected to receive for it. He had a finance representative bring me an offer and the option to hold the car until I could return to the dealership and close the deal. We came to a quick agreement with some rushing around on their part to ensure I did not miss my flight. I left the dealership that day with a hold on my car and a fair deal. When I returned to finalize the deal the following week, everything continued smoothly. Andrew was on point and I worked with Chris in finance. Between the two of them, they were able to smooth out a couple very minor bumps and find a final price that I was comfortable with. Chris was easy to talk to, and again, I connected on a number of subjects that made the entire signing process so much more relaxed. Upon closing the deal, there was one thing that needed to happen with the car before I could take it home. They offered me a no cost rental vehicle to take home that night. But what surprised me the most was when Andrew offered to personally deliver my new vehicle to me. It was not a quick drive either, I live an hour from the dealership. One day later, Andrew personally delivered my car at my place of work. We traded keys and I didn't have to make another two hour drive to pickup my car. Overall, the entire experience working with Andrew and Chris was one of the easiest and smoothest that I've experienced when purchasing a car. Andrew especially went above and beyond when I asked about getting a set of all-weather floor mats for the car I just purchased. A couple days later, I received a text from Andrew and he offered to meet me to deliver the mats...on his day off. Andrew went above and beyond what I would have expected of a sales rep and remained personable and professional when he delivered the floor mats. if I end up looking for another Lexus when I am finished with this one, I would certainly return to Lexus of Brookfield to find it. More

Isaac and Andy were the sales guys that I worked with and they were amazing. Top notch. Andy took a lot of time to go over the car with me when they delivered it. My only complaint is the used car manager. they were amazing. Top notch. Andy took a lot of time to go over the car with me when they delivered it. My only complaint is the used car manager. He wouldn’t let me buy the car without paying $130 for nitrogen in the tires. What a joke. Stick with Andy and Isaac and you will be good to go. Stay away from used car manager. More
