Safety is not their priority. The claim they did a 137 point checklist and we didn’t get 2 feet away on a test drive and the emergency brake light was on and couldn’t release. They looked into it and the salesman tells us it’s just a stretched cable and the light will come on every once in awhile. THATS NOT SAFETY IN MY BOOK! The salesman and his manager were the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. But I bet if I was buying a new Lexus, I would’ve been treated like gold. Go somewhere else that sells used vehicles, you’ll be treated so much better!!!!! They will never see us again. Also, I left a message for the general manager who quotes on their website that if you are not satisfied to give him a call. NO CALL BACK! I can see how important customer service is to them which is to say they could care less! What a disappointment! I’ll NEVER be treated like that again. My money is just as green as the rich Lexus owners! More

As we walked around the lot, we were approached by Chris and asked what car are we looking for. There were no pressure tactics, just a friendly conversation with honest opinions. Chris invited us into the building and didn't want us to wait (much appreciated), he had Andy Ratner help us through the process. Andy is a good listener, conversational ,and hospitable. Thank you Andy for your guidance, expertise and calm demeanor. So much talking was involved, Andy consistently provided us water to during the process. Andy provided us a loaner car to return our leased car while our new car was being checked. Joe personally thanked us for purchasing a car, very nice gesture. Wade performed all the technology regarding our new vehicle and provided us the history behind Lexus. "Lexus Wade" is extremely thorough and provides information, links and contact information for additional questions. Verbie stayed late for us to finish the contract agreement. Thanks Verbie for your help. The transition was very smooth. Very pleased with the customer service support. Very nice touch on giving the wife flowers after closing the deal.
