1st maintenance was completed on my 2024 Terrain with many thanks. I was informed that my Terrain had locking lug nuts and the key was missing so a tire rotation could not be done. I made an appointment online and checked the box i would wait. When i dropped off they said i wasn't down on the schedule for waiting. They did squeeze me in. I thought the purpose of making an appointment was to have my vehicle serviced at the time i selected without the run around. I guess you have to call to get an exact appointment time. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance online. More
