Could not have been better!!! Almost 11 years ago I bought my 2004 Camry @ Continental Toyota. I've had all service work done there except for a few oil changes early on. I've been a loyal customer which prompted me to feel like I'm a bit invested in this dealership and wanted to share a couple opinions/suggestions with their Management. I was warmly encouraged to share my thoughts by Dennis Pecho. He's a terrific fella. I found he agreed with most of what I had to say and thanked me profusely for coming to him with thoughts. This has made me feel even better about Continental and when the day comes for me to buy my next car, I can't imagine going anywhere else.
