Let me start by saying that the deal I got on my 2013 Sonic was amazing. The features it included for the price I paid trumped every competitor car in that price range. He was very upfront and realistic about everything - a big plus, and was also knowledgable of the extensive features on my car. My one complaint is that when I got into my car, started it, and released the clutch (it's a 5spd manual), the car lurched forward a couple feet and stalled because the technician that had parked it there had left it in first gear.. Now I'm probably partially at fault for not checking if it was in neutral, but I felt that was unnecessary because I had expected the technicians at Bennett to know better (apparently not). Luckily the emergency brake was on and the car stopped just short of hitting the brand new Silverado parked in front of it. Aside from that event, I am fully satisfied with the services provided by Bennett Chevrolet and would buy a car from them again. More

I've dealt with many car dealers and sales people over the years and most pretend to care about your purchase and Chevrolet was beyond exceptional. Andy was so caring and understanding of our needs and budget and allowed us to make our decisions on our own. He gave us the time to talk about things so that we could make the right purchase for us. I have been to almost every dealership in the area, and the one I have purchased from or will ever recommend is Bennett Chevy. They are the most competent, attentive, friendly, and easy to deal with. Andy the one I have purchased from or will ever recommend is Bennett Chevy. They are the most competent, attentive, friendly, and easy to deal with. Andy Strijker is exceptional and should do training of all sales reps for dealerships, in general. I saw the car I wanted on the website, but when I went in to look at the car it had been sold. Andy worked hard to get me another one, and it wasn't even a Chevy. Further, he has none of the sleaze associated with car salesmen and is the exact opposite: clean cut, honest, hardworking, and motivated to go to any length for customer satisfaction. He was sure that I got the car I wanted--and because I was so disappointed that the one I saw on the website was sold, he got me an even better one. Andy has numerous repeat customers, and I completely understand why. Interestingly, the person who actually recommended Andy to me never even bought a car from him, but has bought several from Bennett Chevy. Nonetheless, this person recommended Andy specifically because he is the best and knew that I would be treated well by him. In addition, I have spoken to many people (friends, mechanics, auto body shop owners, and even salesmen from other dealerships) and all have said only positive things about Bennett. In fact, I often hear, "They're the best" and "You'll get the best and most honest deals at Bennett" and "really nice folk". These were true for my experience, as well. I mentioned Greg Woodington, Joe Caravell, and Chuck Miller because although they were not my salesmen, per se, each one put forth the effort to ensure my satisfaction with the dealership. Greg was always friendly and welcoming, and even put my plates on for me when I wasn't even his sale. Joe drove around with me, testing cars and was very pleasant, honest, and easy going. Chuck Miller is in the shop (and the other people I dealt with in the shop just don't have their pictures listed) and any concern, no matter how small (and I mean SMALL, like extra key, problem with remote start) was immediately remedied and taken seriously, and because my warranty is Dodge, even made the connection to the Dodge dealership so I can get these things taken care of. Moreover, I cannot remember the name of the man who completed all the financing and paperwork, nor did I recognize him in any of the photos, but he was extraordinarily capable and pleasant, explaining every detail to me and answering all questions as if I was the most important person in the world. In fact, everyone I dealt with at Bennett and even those with whom I had no direct dealings, treated me as if I was the most important person in the world. This was, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased many cars. In the future, I will always go to and recommend Bennett Chevy. They are like a family and treat you like you are a VIP member. These folks deserve a raise because without them, Bennett Chevy could not be the success it is or stand out as obviously different from and better than all the other run-of-the-mill dealerships.
