I had an appt with Nicole upon my arrival and she was very friendly from the moment I walked in. All through my test drives (I test drove 2 vehicles) and the final paperwork process, conversation was ea very friendly from the moment I walked in. I did not finance through the dealership, but my purchase was complex with potential components of trade-in, insurance reimbursement, warranty options and finance payments.
