The entire test driving and buying experience was simply excellent, mainly because of our sales person Chris Williams. He really knows his stuff and had no issues explaining and showing every single feature on our new car. Once all the numbers were in place, we dealt with Robert Michael Tracy, one of their financial team members. Great guy, also very knowledgeable and went over every detail. The dealership is clean, provides plenty of seating and also offers free coffee, tea or water. I would say this is a kid friendly place. None of their staff asked us to keep the kids quiet or stoped them from running around or 'test driving' their showroom cars. This made it easier for us, the parents, to focus on the car. We also got a service area introduction and tour. Very clean with dedicated personnel depending on the car needs (one station for audio, one for inspection, detailing etc). All in all the dealership, the personnel and the two people we dealt with were all very professional and know their stuff. Oh, and the after hours dropoff in case your car needs service is great for people who work all day on weekdays. Thanks again Chris Williams and Bobby Tracy for the experience and our new car. Oh, and thanks for the children's demo DVD that Chris included in the deal. The kids watched it on our first ride. More

Lites on dash all lite I was going on vacation rite after Christmas but my car needed service. All the lites on the dash were lite up and the left directional went on when I I was going on vacation rite after Christmas but my car needed service. All the lites on the dash were lite up and the left directional went on when I stepped on the brake. It didn’t look good. I dropped the car the nite before we left and went on vacation. Adam called me while I was away and said they had figured out the problem and it was estimated to b $205.00. Wasn’t what I wanted to hear about my 2008 sienna with over 180,000 miles but the problem was found and could b fixed. I returned and after a call to Adam and the cashier I was able to pick up my car on the way home. After hrs the total price $219.00 with tax. turned out the problem was the trailer hitch wiring installed by U-Haul was the problem. I love my car and Toyota. More

Good service. Timely completion of work done. Brought my car in for yearly inspection. Several things had to be corrected. I was told in advance what those were and what the charges would be.
