Round 2 in a Nissan. I recently made another Nissan purchase. A beautiful 2019 Nissan Maxima SR. Angel Borja was once again my sales person. He made the process very eas I recently made another Nissan purchase. A beautiful 2019 Nissan Maxima SR. Angel Borja was once again my sales person. He made the process very easy just like the first time. Angel is a real people person and really goes all out to give the customer exactly what's right for them. I definitely would recommend Serra Nissan to my family and friends. Special thanks to Angel for making me and my car needs the only focus during my purchases'. No Hassle My car stopped running and I had it towed to Serra Nissan. Before long, Amy Caretti called me to confirm that the transmission had to be replaced. It My car stopped running and I had it towed to Serra Nissan. Before long, Amy Caretti called me to confirm that the transmission had to be replaced. It cost too much for me, and she was very understanding and empathetic.. so she suggested that I talk to a Sales Rep to see if they could give me any kind of trade-in for my older Versa! I went in and spoke with Angel Borja. I felt "at ease" right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and assured me that he could find a car that I would like and would fit my budget! He was RIGHT! Angel found just what I needed, and even let me take it home to show my wife who was feeling sick. I worked out the details with Angel, and we now love our 2017 Rogue Sport! Everyone at the dealership was kind and friendly. I highly recommend Angel and Amy and the whole staff at Serra Nissan. I plan to deal with Serra again! More
