Went in to figure out what to do with my current Mazda lease for my cx 30. Buying the car wasn’t possible ($$) but met with Rudy Catalan and went over numbers for a new lease. Rudy was very kind and lucki lease for my cx 30. Buying the car wasn’t possible ($$) but met with Rudy Catalan and went over numbers for a new lease. Rudy was very kind and luckily, Angel (prev. Rep. Now manager) came over, gave me a hug :) and worked on some of the numbers. They were both very patient, allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to and make me comfortable enough to sign for a new cx 30. It was a long process, but Rudy was very patient with me and has already checked in to make sure I’m happy. Mario in finance never put any pressure on me for any add ons to my lease, but explained them and convinced me to move forward with a couple of them. Don’t hesitate to try galpin Mazda. Really cool group in there, they really take care of you. More

Angel Frausto is an exceptional young man, this is our 2nd CX-5 with him and we may never want another sales person. He was very busy when we leased our CX-5 last month, but he offered to go through the c 2nd CX-5 with him and we may never want another sales person. Angel is kind, honest, patient, and intuitive. He could tell when we were eyeing a car that was right for us and he accepted when we backed-off of something we didn't feel was the right fit. He goes against every archetype of the used car salesman! No pressure, no fast talking, no feeling that you're being steered toward something you don't want. From my first inquiry with Angel, he was really engaging and interested in helping me out. He kept me updated on the ETA of the vehicle and let me know as soon as it arrived at the dealership, keeping in to and interested in helping me out. Angel was very transparent about the pricing structure as well as options I had and made the whole experience very smooth. I went in for a test drive and drove back home in a new vehicle in 3.5 hours. He even generously drove my old car back home almost 30 miles the next day. I could have hoped for a better person to have dealt with. More
