Our visit started out well. Found the car I wanted and did the paperwork. Brought my down payment in on Wednesday and that is where the issues started. Got my car, drive it home and realized I did not receive any of my paperwork and there was no temp plates on my car. Drive back down, got my temp plates. Due to the finance woman being off on Wednesday I was unable to get my paperwork. Thursday I received a call stating that the courtesy driver would call me and let me know when they would bring me my paperwork. Call never came until I waited all day and drove down to the dealership. Received a call 5 minutes before arriving stating they were off work and would bring me the paperwork. We advised we were almost there and we would just pick it up. Gentleman was kind enough to bring out my paperwork and stated he would fill my car up with gas as soon as it needed it. I appreciate that and him(Angel). Tyler was wonderful as usual. We have bought many cars here and never had this experience before. Overall the finance department, (not Ty) dropped the ball. More
