I have a very pleasant experience with the San Leandro dealership and the purchase of a newer used 2018Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I had been looking the past year for a Pacifica when the dealership listed dealership and the purchase of a newer used 2018Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I had been looking the past year for a Pacifica when the dealership listed this vehicle for sale. It didn’t have the pictures yet, but it had everything I was looking for. Angel helped ASAP getting the information and photos I needed for this vehicle and everything ready for me to come to the dealership the next day to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle appeared to be in great condition much better than I expected with it being a seven-year-old vehicle. Angel and the other employees and owner that I spoke with were very nice and very helpful and explained everything in detail regarding the purchase and the financing. I was very impressed with the dealership and especially in the brand new inventory that they had on the lot. If I ever need to buy a new vehicle, this is where I’m going to check out first. I will be sure to tell anyone that ask about a dealership that I will definitely recommend this San Leandro dealership to check out. Communication between the team and us was not the best. I also think that if you are getting a plug in hybrid then the car should be at least half charged.
