I must give a shot out to the main man that was helping every step along the way of ownership, and his name is ANGEL. This guy was amazing on his professionalism and honesty. with years of experience under his belt, I knew I was in good hands. The way he works with his team workers and professional accounting team is amazing. Angel has a way to make you feel comfortable and at ease with the process of purchasing a truck. I'm the type of guy that can be high maintenance and a challenge on the positive side ) Angel demeanor and professionalism was top notch on making me feel important, and my wants was taking care of or at least attempt to be taking care of ....... Thanks Angel When you spend time in the dealership you will notice a gentleman that has that owner look with high experience. He was very nice and with an open arm demeanor, his name is Armando, Armando and his team of experts is a comforting display of confidence when purchasing a vehicle. I have a very pleasant experience with the San Leandro dealership and the purchase of a newer used 2018Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I had been looking the past year for a Pacifica when the dealership listed dealership and the purchase of a newer used 2018Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I had been looking the past year for a Pacifica when the dealership listed this vehicle for sale. It didn’t have the pictures yet, but it had everything I was looking for. Angel helped ASAP getting the information and photos I needed for this vehicle and everything ready for me to come to the dealership the next day to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle appeared to be in great condition much better than I expected with it being a seven-year-old vehicle. Angel and the other employees and owner that I spoke with were very nice and very helpful and explained everything in detail regarding the purchase and the financing. I was very impressed with the dealership and especially in the brand new inventory that they had on the lot. If I ever need to buy a new vehicle, this is where I’m going to check out first.
