They definitely ripped us off. They charged us $995 to “dealer certify” a used car with 6500 miles on it and told us the manufacturer warranty would not apply without this. We later learned that if Kia charges a dealer anything for this it’s $450. They also said they’d beat any interest rate on the loan and then gave us a higher rate than my credit union offered (but high pressured us on a Sunday). I only recommend going there if you have your own financing lined up and you are certain of all the pricing in advance. Be ready to walk away, cause they’ll gang up on you, give you a high pressure sale, and then top it off by making you wait four hours to sign the papers for some stupid reason. More
