My name is Angel Milanov & I am from Bulgaria. I moved to the United States in the year 2001. I graduated in 2004 from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor's degree in Business. I have been married with my beautiful wife Holley since 2004 & we have 3 amazing children, Jordan, Maranda & Angelina. We moved from Northern Ohio to the Westerville area in August 2014 and I am proud to say I currently share car salesman duties at Roush Honda in our Certified Pre-Owned Honda department. Since we are employee owned company the teamwork and friendship of my coworkers is the main key to achieve customers’ happiness. I can't wait to see where this journey will take me next.

As soon as I walked through the doors, I was instantly greeted and helped. I was searching for cars and was given a run down of the cars i was interested in, what features they had, the services done to i greeted and helped. I was searching for cars and was given a run down of the cars i was interested in, what features they had, the services done to it, the car fax, and etc. Angel was my salesman and made a visit amazing. He was patient and entertaining and had a great personality and made me feel like I was talking to a friend rather than just a car salesman. Angel made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase throughout the process. Angel is delightful along with knowledgeable; he can tell a joke one moment and talk business the next. He found the perfect vehicle for me, and I am filled with joy and gratitude for his help!! I absolutely dread purchasing a car because of the length of time spent in the dealership. Angel: A man of patience ! When our 2004 Odyssey purchased from Roush was totalled (but with 240K miles, was still running well) we thought it might be time to downsize. With 5 kids, we were thinking *maybe* we could do an SUV with a 3rd row. We test drove at a few used car locations and then it occurred to us, we should see what Roush had. We had NOT been looking at certified pre-owned, just pre-owned. We knew that we planned to put another 240K on this next car so we needed some security. We test drove the Pilot. Loved it. All the kids came and loved the Pilot but my husband asked to drive an Odyssey, too. The kids all agreed, they love the Pilot, but man the Odyssey has a ton of room. My husband was not willing to compromise trunk space. So now I had to figure out which Odyssey we wanted. We had driven and were impressed with the 2017 but knew the 2018 was a major model year so I needed to know what was improved. We test drove the 2018 and LOVED it and my teenaged boys were excited about all the cool features. We decided to buy the 2018 and found it is purchased. We decided that was a sign that the 2018 wasn't for us. Angel found us the same features in the 2019, about 40K less miles (yeah!) and increased cost, but also increased value. So after 4 separate test drive opportunties, tons of questions, Angel helped us get better financing than our bank offered and get a better (overall value) certified pre-owned car. When we got home my kids said...you bought it from Angel, right?! And you should, too. More
