I’ve been asked several times after driving from Florida to Roush Honda to purchase another Honda, “Isn’t there a Honda dealership down there to buy from?” My answer is, “There’s a lot of Honda dealerships to Roush Honda to purchase another Honda, “Isn’t there a Honda dealership down there to buy from?” My answer is, “There’s a lot of Honda dealerships down there. Unfortunately, none of them have Shawn Risner or Kyln Mitchell!. I have no issues driving 15 hours to deal with these two guys!” We have been return customers 5x now and it’s all because of them. If you are in a need of a new car and are thinking Honda, you need to go work with Shawn (sales) and Kyln (finance). They are two of the best…hands down. Thanks again for taking care of my family, guys! We’ll see you again soon, I’m sure. More

Angel came out to the lot as soon as we arrived, showed us the Ridgeline we were interested in. Sent us follow up pics and info on it. We would have liked to have him sell us a new vehicle, but also understand the separation between the two dealerships. Very much appreciated the help we got from Angel! Ended up purchasing a CRV LX from Shawn at the new car dealership. Another great experience, very knowledgeable of our products, and very helpful with teaching us the systems in our new vehicle! Shawn was very patient with us, as we had originally wanted a HRV, due to the recall on seatbelts, we upgraded to the CRV LX. Jordan in finance helped us get paperwork on HRV, then helped us navigate thru paperwork for CRV. You have a group of very talented and capable associates there at Roush. On used and new car side. As I am a retired Honda associate from the production side, it is a great comfort knowing our company is in good hands! We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication in serving our customers. Soichero Honda would be pleased! Would also like to thank the manager who came in to stop the sale of HRV, before we got too far into it, all worked out for the best!
