Wrote up quickly service advisor did a good job. Waiting rooms were nice with nice pastry and coffee. Needs car wash! This is the worst experience I’ve had a customer of over 30’years. I miss my old advisors, This time around I felt as if my time was not valuable nor a. Concern to anyone there, I felt as if no one 30’years. I miss my old advisors, This time around I felt as if my time was not valuable nor a. Concern to anyone there, I felt as if no one there was familiar with me or the history of service to my vehicle. I felt I wast heard or listened to this visit and I was just handed off to a different advisor when I chose to leave my car over the weekend so it would be properly evaluated and repaired. No one seems concerned enough to inquire about other minor cosmetic fixes that are obvious and leave it up to me to request the repairs. One of the repairs that was addressed is something that was taken care of prior to Jackie’s passing away. And not a concern that is is something that you’ve addressed not too long ago. And after spending more than two grand this time around ( and 4 grand either last November (or on the visit previous to that). The least that the service sept could have done was at least vaccine runs the car through the quick wash. (Not asking for detailing but a courtesy cleaning when returning a vehicle and a customer spends a $1000 or more at your business. Changes need to be made and better service needs to be offered. More
