I had my Tacoma in a few months ago for a $5,000 repair. When I picked the vehicle up an drove it home I noticed a vibration from the engine area or drive shaft. I took it back an explained what was occur When I picked the vehicle up an drove it home I noticed a vibration from the engine area or drive shaft. I took it back an explained what was occuring and Toyota kept it for a few days an said it was ready. When I got there they said the vibration was normal. I told them I purchased the vehicle new in 2005 and never had a vibration until I picked it after the $5000 dollar repair. That was not good enough for them in service. I drive it until recently and took it back again. This time I was told it was the drive shaft U joints I believe. They fixed it of course at a cost. I was informed that the mechanic and advisor were no longer there. This has given me great pause to have repairs done at Daytona since I don't know what I will be told. I have lost a lot of confidence in your service Dept which I have been going to since around 2006 and also purchased a Rav there in 2010. I did like the video you now show of what was wrong with my vehicle. More
