Inflated Pricing & Charging for Services Not Provided I must start this review stating the service employee I dealt w/was NOT A ALL the problem. As a matter of fact Angel was very professional. My vehic I must start this review stating the service employee I dealt w/was NOT A ALL the problem. As a matter of fact Angel was very professional. My vehicle was in for an oil change it was recommended the tires also be rotated - so I agreed. I then remembered I needed a bulb replaced in the front of the vehicle. Once service was SUPPOSEDLY "finish" a list of pricing was gone over w/me for other items needed. This list included the cost for the low beam bulb and install (over $100) I have purchased a light for this vehicle before and have had it put in for about a grand total of $26 (I understand the dealer pricing is going to triple or even quadruple - Some services I have paid the dealer inflated pricing) I decided to call Auto Zone to find out what they charge for the bulb and if they could install it? $17 vs $36 A Z popped it in at no cost. W/that being said the rep at A Z asked if I wanted to get w/shield fluid b/c my vehicle had little to none I said no I just had service it was topped off free It appeared it was not I called Boch and mentioned this although they were closed they answered and told me to come back to get topped off - Who had time for that? In the same conversation it was mentioned what's checked tire pressure light being reset well my tire pressure light was ON it was on when I pulled out of Boch but I just figured once I drove a little it would go off. I just happened to have one tire that does not have a hub cap I exit my vehicle and that tire is in the same location - so either they rotate 3 of 4 tires or they did not rotate the tires AT ALL - I PAID FOR A TIRE ROTATION!! At this point I HAVE NO FAITH THEY EVEN CHANGED MY OIL. I have been told they have cameras that will be viewed but they means nothing to me as I am sure they'll tell me they watched the film and the only thing they did not do was the free top off of the w/shield fluid. I have been a long time customer of Boch Toyota (purchased & serviced 4 brand new Toyota's over the years ref'd 2 people who also purchased to brand Toyota's) my vehicle is a 2007 with 198190 miles so I'm in the market for a new vehicle I only buy brand new and Toyota is my vehicle of choice but I will NOT return for any reason to Boch Norwood for any reason at all! I have said this before but then dealt w/employees like Angel and returned. 2/6 was my first experience with Angel I usually go into the service center and ask for Jance by name as he is the service employee that fixed an awful experience years ago. Arnaldo in the sales dept sold me my last two vehicles and also provides exceptional service. Other employees I have dealt with Not so much! Also I don't know what is going once they take your vehicle off the floor for SO CALLED "SERVICE" I'm no mechanic but I would think all 4 tires would be rotated and with that I would think the tire pressure light would have been checked or maybe even reset Or if there was an issue w/the tire pressure or anything w/the tires they would have told me as they certainly went down a list of 4-5 other issues they found that totaled slightly over $900. I never write reviews but b/c Boch has previously attempted to ignore any service issue brought to a manager's attention I have also reached out to the holding company CDC and will also be in touch with the corporate office. I can't stress enough that the rep provided very professional service and again if not for employees like Angel Jance & Arnaldo I would not have remained a Boch customer for this long - Over 24 years dealing with Boch as my parents actually purchased my first vehicle from Boch More

I was overall came out totally disappointed after I took my car to your dealership. The service was way too expensive. $ 1596 for an alternator repair is a nothing but a ripoff my car to your dealership. Diagnostics or Up selling? Reluctantly went to the dealer with an issue, which I thought they should correct. Instead they ran an expensive "diagnostic" and proposed over $1300 Reluctantly went to the dealer with an issue, which I thought they should correct. Instead they ran an expensive "diagnostic" and proposed over $1300 in repairs, which two other mechanics said were not necessary. They did not admit (or discover) the real mistake they had previously made. Next time I really need Toyota service (recall etc.) I will drive past Boch to a place that isn't after my wallet. More

Angel was great! He explained everything that happened in the service well and gave great recommendations for what I should do concerning the upkeep of my car.
