Confirmed part was in stock, at appointment told it was not I made an appointment for a recall issues, and at the time that I made the appointment I confirmed that the part was in stock. However when I drove ov I made an appointment for a recall issues, and at the time that I made the appointment I confirmed that the part was in stock. However when I drove over for the appointment, I was told it was not in stock and that I would have to reschedule. Big waste of time. What's the point in confirming if you don't get accurate information? Staff was nice enough about it, but what a waste of time. More

Truly an angel I purchased my 2018 Toyota Corolla on 10-15-2019 and picked on up on 10-18-2019. The last thing I expected on 11- 18 was that my check engine light I purchased my 2018 Toyota Corolla on 10-15-2019 and picked on up on 10-18-2019. The last thing I expected on 11- 18 was that my check engine light would come on while I was on my way to work. On 11-19 when I got out of work my car would not start...…..needless to say I was quite upset. I was able to have it jumped and got it home . I had it towed to Boch as I was afraid to drive it. From the first phone call from Angel letting me know it had arrived , he was polite, informative and made me feel at ease. Each time he called, he thoroughly explained what steps were being taken to repair my car. His patience is to be rewarded as I am sure I asked a lot. I feel he went above and beyond in his service. If Angel represents all Bochs employees , I am so grateful I came here when I needed a vehicle . I applaud your company for hiring people like Angel...…..he is an asset to you for sure. More
