Really had a terrific experience purchasing with Emich Chevrolet- specifically my sales associate Grant. He was very professional, and consultative. He listened to want I wanted, and went to work to make Chevrolet- specifically my sales associate Grant. He was very professional, and consultative. He listened to want I wanted, and went to work to make it happen. THE ONLY REASON I am not giving (5) stars as I waited nearly 90 minutes to get in "the box" to finalize with finance. That was completely due to circumstance, as several deals closed at exactly the same time and I happened into the final spot. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I can certainly understand how and why it happened- just would be lying if I said it wasn't starting to get just a tad annoying! All of that said, I absolutely love the Tahoe; and Grant was a true pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. Quite frankly, the entire car buying experience was refreshing comparatively to previous purchases in my life. Stay the course Emich Chevrolet. More
