Angel was the best Advisor I've encountered. Angel Rivera is what purchasing a car should be all about from the first time that I spoke with him on the phone to the moment I set foot on the showroom floor. We drove from over 2 hours away in order to see and test drive a vehicle. Upon arriving, he greeted us promptly, had the vehicle ready and also had cold refreshments waiting for us. Upon going over the sales agreement and the various other options available for purchase, he listened to everything that we wanted and recommended the most beneficial and cost effective plan for the money. After leaving the dealership and doing our own independent research did we realize that the extended warranty that was offered was actually better and cheaper than anything else we could find online. Upon making the deal, Angel did not have us drive the more than 2 hours back to the dealership. Instead he came to us, bringing all of the necessary paperwork with him. To top everything off, after signing and completing all of the paperwork, Angel surprised us both by telling us that our vehicle was already on its way to our home with no delivery charge. The look on my wife's face was priceless as the truck pulled up to our home with her beautiful new vehicle. The car had been fully detailed and also had a full tank of gas. I was just as ecstatic as she was knowing that we would not have to spend our Saturday driving 2 hours there and 2 hours back. This is what a car buying experience should be all about.
