I drove 500 miles to pick up a used truck. My salesperson did a walk around of the truck and confirmed that no damage was done the truck. Paperwork was signed prior to pick up. The sales manager was not willing to accommodate/pay for even part of the repair. I cannot get a return call to initiate LoJack that was paid for. Finance guy has failed to provide me the detailed breakdown of "fees" for over a week. More
