She sent me a complete quote in about 20 to 30 minutes. Went to the dealer to check out the car on a Saturday and drove away with a new car that day. Bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla (this was late in 2017) for a pretty decent price and probably would have payed more if necessary, since it was a better car than the other car we were thinking about getting. Contrast this with another local dealership that never gave me the information I asked for even though I asked four times. That's why this dealer got our business and the other dealer didn't. More
