Rob is an awesome sales consultant and just an amazing person. I went to several dealerships looking for an Acura and they treated me like I couldn’t afford to buy the car. I was so discouraged, that I just called West Chester Acura, expecting the same and I got Rob Moffa, told him what I was looking for(never mentioning my previous experiences) and he made it happen. When I got to the dealership, he rolled out the red carpet.. He does that with ALL of his customers.
