Everyone I worked with on this deal were just spot on great and I couldn't recommend them higher. Easiest experience I've ever had and the speed to which they got his deal done is just amazing. I walked into Piazza Acura ready to buy, and walked out feeling blatantly disrespected and unwelcome. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear my presence wasn’t valued. It felt less like bad service feeling blatantly disrespected and unwelcome. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear my presence wasn’t valued. It felt less like bad service and more like a message: my money wasn’t good enough. As a Black customer, it’s impossible to ignore the racial undertone of being treated as invisible in a place that claims to want business. I came in prepared to spend my hard-earned money and was met with indifference, disrespect. No one deserves to feel profiled or dismissed simply for walking through the door. This visit happened during a snowstorm. Every car on the lot was covered in snow, and I was told someone would follow up with me after the vehicles were dug out. UNDERSTANDABLE. That call never came. Not the next day. Not the next week. It’s now been three weeks, and I never heard from anyone. No update. No courtesy call. Nothing. This wasn’t just poor customer service- it was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. When a business can’t even bother to follow up with a willing buyer, it says everything about how they value people who don’t fit their preferred profile.I’ll be spending my money elsewhere somewhere my presence is respected and my business is actually wanted. This dealership made it clear they didn’t deserve either. More
