My car went in for a transmission. Was told I would get a loaner as soon as one was available. Never got a call for a loaner had to use someone else's car for the time it was in the sh Was told I would get a loaner as soon as one was available. Never got a call for a loaner had to use someone else's car for the time it was in the shop. I called multiple times left plenty of messages checking progress on my car and never received a call back. The service department never answers their phone or return calls. I had to contact kia customer care and have them reach out to get us any updates on my car. Very very poor service from this dealership, at least the service department. I will go to another dealer for service from now on. More
