Never got a call for a loaner had to use someone else's car for the time it was in the shop. I called multiple times left plenty of messages checking progress on my car and never received a call back. The service department never answers their phone or return calls. I had to contact kia customer care and have them reach out to get us any updates on my car. Very very poor service from this dealership, at least the service department. I will go to another dealer for service from now on. More

Wasn’t informed at all about the status about my vehicle. I had to inquire myself. Then was told to wait, I’ll hear something shortly (1 hour later). Service attendant was not helpful about next step in repair process. Was told to drop it off with no reassurance of a loaner vehicle. Very unprofessional. This was the first bad experience I had with this dealer. Previous service advisor was amazing in this process, but unfortunately doesn’t work with dealerships any longer. More

The overall experience was very unprofessional in the appeance of of the sales staff to the inability to get anyone to answer the phone when I tried to call the dealership, among other issues. appeance of of the sales staff to the inability to get anyone to answer the phone when I tried to call the dealership, among other issues. I have had too many problems with servicing this 2023 KIA to give a good recommendation. Tires were not rotated on first checkup at 6901 miles. Proof in 2 flat tires in the SAME tire, the second one coming to give a good recommendation. Tires were not rotated on first checkup at 6901 miles. Proof in 2 flat tires in the SAME tire, the second one coming after the first checkup. Impossible if tires had been rotated. I spoke to Andrew about this after I was sure that the tires had been rotated at the second checkup at 11991miles. He offered a logical explanation. I expressed me concern over what else might not have been done at the first checkup...oil change? Multi Point Vehicle Inspection? I left on good terms and drove the 10 miles home.. A few days later, I drove 30 miles and smelled hot tire/brake smell when stopped. Drove another 30 miles and stopped, smelling it at each stop that evening. 6 different stops over the course of about 120 miles. Worried me about the brakes but didn't notice hot smell again. Or brakes not working properly. The next weekend I took a trip to OH on Interstate highways at faster speeds. I noticed a different sound from the tires. No vibration in steering or ride but a pulsating tire noise.I called the next Mon and couldn't get an appointment until the following Mon. Mon, Mar 25, I sat for 3 hours for them to tell me the tires were"cupped" and needed an alignment. I spoke to Eric, another service manager from the Chevy garage, I learned. He agreed that not rotating the tires "could" have caused "cupping." He agreed to align the vehicle at KIA's expense the following Thurs. That service was done and the service guy there said the alignment needed done on the rt front tire. He said it would take some miles for tire cupping sound to correct itself, if ever. And he said he inspected the brakes and they were fine and he didn't hear any noise. There is no mention of the brakes being checked on the paperwork, and Dave tried to make me pay for it, when I'm pretty sure he heard Eric and I talking about it. The cupping sound and the noise when braking are still present, although whatever was making the hot smell has worn off, making me worry about brakes! Thus the 12000 mi service took 3 trips to 2 different garages and over 5 hours! And I still have the same problems and am concerned about expecting more issues from what has NOT been done in past servicing! I did not have any of these issues with my first KIA leased from this same garage. Also when I have called in the past for servicing, they ask me if I'm checking on my 2020 KIA or my 2023 KIA!! Something is wrong there. As an unbiased observer, I would say somebody is not doing their job supervising even office work! Hopefully this can be corrected because it will affect your sales in the long run.I'm sure I'm not the only one with problems. There were 2 other disgruntled customers there the same day I waited 3 hours to get a diagnosis of my problems. I have no problems with anyone I spoke with except maybe Dave who tried to get $105.98 out of me and may have not inspected the brakes, like he said since it wasn't documented. More
