Sadly I would not recommend the dealership to anyone I ordered my 2024 sierra 3500 exactly the way I wanted it. Bought the extras at that time as well. Lifetime oil changes, dent and scratch coverage, e ordered my 2024 sierra 3500 exactly the way I wanted it. Bought the extras at that time as well. Lifetime oil changes, dent and scratch coverage, extended warranty And took a beating on the trade in and finance rate on top of it. Had more trouble with this truck than any other I’ve bought. The service department was a challenge each time it went in to be fixed. In the end the truck was not a vehicle I trusted for my family and I and I was forced to trade it in for a much lighter duty truck and take even more of a loss in order to have a chance at a reliable vehicle. I feel that the dealership could have done much much more to make things less stressful and expensive More
