Sold a car they knew did not pass emissions test. .. And did not disclose it, they purposely hid the paperwork behind and below the glove box,and broke the glovebox .. they told us we had a new sticke .. And did not disclose it, they purposely hid the paperwork behind and below the glove box,and broke the glovebox .. they told us we had a new sticker and was all set. Got home found the paperwork that said the car did not pass inspection, they never said a word, throughout the whole transaction nothing was ever said about the car not passing any inspection !! They told us we had a brand new sticker but the sticker is flawed as it did not pass inspection and only had 60 days to correct... They knew everything but did not tell us a thing, the way they went about it, thinking back they were very deceitful and hid everything.. do not ever buy a car here.. if you decide to, may you be blessed with a better experience... as this one was a true rip-off in the sense that they lied, they knew they lied, never reported the failed sticker to us, the purchasers.. they also claim to put in a new battery we received no paperwork for that and it looks like they took it out of another car.. we are only warning you, so that it doesn't happen to you ! We have reported them to the authorities in New Hampshire and they are dealing with it now. They even broke the glove box hiding the paperwork.. they hand us our keys tell us everything's all set it is night time and we are going home we didn't notice all this till morning... They did not tell us everything of course, right ! They also tried to charge us a higher price for the car than what they were advertising.. the car that we bought was advertised multiple places at different prices... again beware.. Then they tried to tack on a $1,700 package that is totally useless and full of xx.. of course we refused.. they add a $699.00 dollar doc fee as well... I wish there was a way, that people, considering a vehicle purchase from them, could personally talk to us so that we could tell you exactly what happened because there's not enough space in the world to put it on here... More
