His Sales Manager, Juan, was also personable and helpful in completing the process. He did come out to greet, but did not carry the typical "CAR SALES MANAGER" vibe, which was great. he was also very relatable and kinda, everyday man. Angelo A (finance mgr) was professional ... they always have to pitch their extra products for purchase, but a polite decline and keep moving forward. Even post purchase, one week later, Jefferson is offering assistance in a matter with the paint on the Jeep (has scratch/swirl marks) and wants to ensure I am satisfied, which is great since this is my first New Car purchase and it is a Jeep Rubicon! More
