This dealership is wonderful! I went to this dealership for shopping 2018 RAV4. At first I was not sure which model to buy. Salesperson Angelo Castelli was very patient: he not onl I went to this dealership for shopping 2018 RAV4. At first I was not sure which model to buy. Salesperson Angelo Castelli was very patient: he not only showed me different colors of RAV4, also let me do driving tests for both limisted and XLE; He was also very knowledgeable and introduced me different features of RAV4. Everybody in this sales team was friendly and helpful. My purchase went well and I had very pleasant experience with this dealership. In 2014 I also bought a used Toyota Camry from this dealership and had a very pleasant experience with Ramiz as well More

Poor Customer Service My wife and I visited this dealership on June 22 2018 to purchase Certified 2015 Camry. Angelo Castelli was assisting us. He did not seem interested My wife and I visited this dealership on June 22 2018 to purchase Certified 2015 Camry. Angelo Castelli was assisting us. He did not seem interested in selling the car. While test driving, he was busy with his phone. We were asking questions about the car, but he wasn't very informative. When I asked about the car warranty, he didn't say anything and gave us a brochure to read. We did not have a good experience. He was treating us like we either can't afford car or were not intending to buy the car. He was being very sarcastic and also aggressive at some points. He was being nice when the manager came to meet us. We were truly interested in purchasing the car as it was a good deal, but after how we were being treated, we decided not to purchase it from there. We purchased a Certified Camry from another dealership on Jun 26 2018. We certainly paid a little extra at another dealership than what we would have paid at this dealership, but that is okay. How the customers are being treated is equally important as how good a car deal is. This is the second car I have purchased in last one year and I have been to multiple dealership of Toyota and Nissan, but I never had such a bad experience anywhere. The manager treated us nicely.
