The vehicle I purchased had several issues that the dealership clearly promised to repair. Before purchasing the car, I specifically requested a full diagnostic report. Ryan provided me with a diagnostic from 2025 and assured me that all existing issues would be fixed as long as they were not external problems.
However, the work was never fully completed. After picking up the vehicle from the dealership, the check engine light came back on while I was driving home. This was extremely concerning because I had already discussed this exact issue with Tom before leaving the car with them for repairs, and he assured me it would be taken care of.
Because I no longer trusted the condition of the vehicle, I paid for my own diagnostic. The results revealed serious problems that should have been addressed before the car was returned to me. Based on the findings, I am now afraid to even drive the vehicle due to potential safety risks.
When I contacted the dealership to resolve the issue, I spoke with a representative named Vell, who identified himself as a sales manager. He refused to address the unfinished repairs and stated that they only sell Volvo vehicles, even though they sold me a Mercedes. He also said that Regina, the service manager, stated there was nothing they could do.
This response is completely unacceptable. Promises were made before the sale that were never honored, and now the dealership is refusing to take responsibility for unfinished repairs on a vehicle they sold.
I feel completely deceived by this dealership. It appears that once they received payment, they no longer cared about the condition of the vehicle or the safety of their customer.
This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I will be pursuing every available option to have this situation properly addressed.

This vehicle was sold as-is, with full disclosure of its condition, and an extended warranty was offered — and declined — on two separate occasions. Despite that, because we genuinely care about the people we do business with, our team performed additional repair work at no charge as a goodwill gesture after the sale.
The characterization of our team's response is not consistent with the standards we hold ourselves to, and I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly. Please contact me at the dealership and ask for Kevin Flanagan.
We are proud of the relationships we build with our customers, and that does not stop at the point of sale.

However, I want to be very clear that I have no reason to lie or misrepresent what happened. The repairs to the vehicle were not fully completed as discussed prior to the sale.
Before leaving the dealership, I specifically raised my concern about the check engine light that had appeared on the dashboard. I was reassured that the issues identified would be addressed. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came back on again.
Because of this, I had no choice but to take the vehicle for a full diagnostic at my own expense to understand what was still wrong with the car. If the repairs had been properly completed as promised, I would not have needed to do that.
In addition, after your dealership publicly responded to my review stating that Kevin Flanagan would help resolve the situation, I made several attempts to reach out to him directly. I left multiple voicemail messages and even contacted the dealership asking to speak with him. I also left a message for Jose and attempted to reach several other staff members at the dealership. Unfortunately, none of my calls or messages have been returned.
I am simply sharing my honest experience. As a customer, I trusted the information that was provided to me regarding the condition of the vehicle and the repairs that were supposed to be completed. I also made every effort to resolve this matter directly with your dealership before having to continue raising these concerns publicly.
At this point, I would still appreciate a direct response and a genuine effort to address the issue.
