Our car broke down while in NJ and Smythe was able to assist with trying to get us back on the road safely and quickly. When our car was determined to be total, they lended a hand in helping us find a ne assist with trying to get us back on the road safely and quickly. What stood out most was how genuinely attentive he was throughout the entire process. He didn’t just focus on making a sale—he took the time to understand what I needed, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Overall great experience with sales, finance, and especially service. This dealership has a nice feel to it. Small, friendly atmosphere, unlike many other car dealers. The dealership excels in every department: sales, service, etc. The Finance Dept employee was very aggressive, however. His very "in your face" approach to "pushing" options, caused me to instantly d service, etc. The Finance Dept employee was very aggressive, however. This was in contrast to my experience with the salesperson and delivery specialist who addressed my personal needs and took the time to get to know me, prompting them to focus on my unique set of requirements.
