Perhaps he was the person who left us sitting for over 30 minutes without any idea what was going on with the fin Don't know who the other person is! One other complaint is that when we took possession of the vehicle, it was not filled with gas and it was not washed- even though we told both of those things would be done. In addition, there was a problem with financing after the fact and communication about this was poor. This is the reason I did not give five stars. More
