My expectation was to spend no less than 3-4 hours at the dealership. Well I found the car I wanted on Autotrader and was contacted by Angelo. We worked out the deal over the phone since I was 45 minutes away. I just needed to ensure that I liked the car and he needed to ensure of the appraisal value of my trade. I went in evaluated both vehicles, signed the paperwork and was out the door in 30 minutes. The deal was exactly what we had agreed. No pressure. The only minor hiccup was the key fob battery was dead but they offered to make that right immediately. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would recommend Angelo and this dealership to anyone in the market! More

Every team member at Sarchione Ford went beyond their duties to ensure I had a great experience. My salesman, Angelo, was a friendly upbeat individual who helped me throughout my process. Chris, the financial guy, also played a critical role in ensuring my experience was great. As a fellow Marine himself, went beyond his duties to make sure I felt comfortable and not pressured to sign the papers. You work right with the salesmen and figure out the price. It was very easy. They had to replace the battery in my new car and the GM apologized over and over for how long it took. They gave me a free oil change and tank of gas because of my inconvenience. Everyone there from start to finish was very friendly and truly cared about you. I would buy a car here anytime. More

Sarchione Ford to the rescue! My daughter is a grad student at the university of Akron and her 2006 Ford Fusion started to nickel and dime her. She is also from Alabama so I told her to start looking. She found a great looking 2014 Fusion at Sarchione. My brother drove out from Pittsburgh to help her look at it and she loved it! She wanted me her dad involved, but it would be a week before I could get to Ohio. After several emails and calls, Angelo Massimo was willing to hold it for a week until I could get up to Ohio. I flew in on 10/3 and she got the car on 10/4. I can't say enough about Angelo and the customer service we received. The finance department got my daughter 1.9 %! Not bad for her first car purchase! If you need a car or truck see Angelo! This was a very smooth process! I would give more stars than five! You need a Ford see these folks at Sarchione! More

No pressure, just outstanding customer service When we came in on Saturday it was after checking your web site and deciding on which vehicle(s) we were interested in. We entered the showroom and me When we came in on Saturday it was after checking your web site and deciding on which vehicle(s) we were interested in. We entered the showroom and met Angelo Massimo. We explained what model we were looking at. He explained the positive aspects of the vehicle and had us test drive one. It was appreciated that he did not attempt to have us upgrade to a higher configuration of the same model. We decided on the color we wanted and set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle this morning at 9:00 AM. We arrived at 8:50, and the receptionist informed us Angelo was bringing the vehicle up to the front. He had our trade in appraised while we did the test drive, helped arrange a first responder rebate, got us through finance and on our way home with a new vehicle by 11:15. From the reception thru dealer prep and delivery today there was nothing but great customer service. More

Class Act Angelo and the staff at Sarchione is class act hands down. They treated fair on our 2001 Corvette and I know I probably could have gotten more from a Angelo and the staff at Sarchione is class act hands down. They treated fair on our 2001 Corvette and I know I probably could have gotten more from a private buyer but this really did work out.
