Came all the way from Seattle to buy from them! Let me start by saying that I had been looking for a used 2016 or newer BMW M3 for the last 5 months. I live in Seattle, WA and have been searching a Let me start by saying that I had been looking for a used 2016 or newer BMW M3 for the last 5 months. I live in Seattle, WA and have been searching across the entire country for the right car. I had a very specific color (Orange!!) and package combination that I wanted on my M3 and I found two cars that fit the bill in the entire USA . One of them was at a dealership about 15 minutes from my house, the other one all the way across the country in this small town of Randolph Township, OH at Sarchione Ford. The dealership near my house was very rude to work with (think all of the bad stereotypes you hear about car salesman) and undervalued my trade by thousands of dollars. Tired of looking for cars, and seeing that my dream car was 2,800 miles away, I took a chance and emailed Sarchione about theirs. Angelo reached back out to me a day later and said the car was still available. I told him my story and that I needed to trade my car. He never made me feel that the shipping and logistics would be an issue. Angelo gave me his personal cell phone number and I asked a LOT of questions by text and phone over the next few days. As you can imagine buying any car is very risky sight unseen. I asked Angelo what the trade value of my car was, and while the initial number was fair (especially considering my car was sight unseen for them as well), the shipping cost of getting my car to Randolph was pretty expensive. The Sarchione team graciously agreed to chip in a few hundred dollars to help cover the cost of shipping and close the deal. (Again all sight unseen outside of photos of the cars from both sides!!) One thing that stood out was trust. I was a voice on the phone. But they treated me like I was standing in front of them the entire time. I gave them a small deposit on a credit card, and they held the car for almost 3 weeks for me to get the shipping logistics of my trade worked out. I have excellent credit, but they even managed to get me a better interest rate on my loan than any other bank I had reached out to. Oh and the price of the 2016 M3? It was so good, that I didn't even bother to negotiate. It was THOUSANDS cheaper than anything I'd seen across the USA. On delivery day, they picked me up from Cleveland airport (which is an hour drive by the way) and had all the paperwork ready to go. My "new" car was completely detailed and full of fuel. I was in and out within an hour (kudos to Dustin in finance!!). What a fantastic team- this is by far the best experience I've ever had buying anything. Keep up the great work guys. No matter where I live in the country, I will continue to work with you on future purchases. Even if it is a 2,800 mile drive back home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and making my dream come true. I love my M3!!! More

I made the drive from Columbus prepared to do battle with the infamous car salesman. To my surprise, there was none. Salesman Angelo Massimo was yielding nothing more than a warm smile. His arsenal included no hidden fees. Finance manager Chris Umbaugh sealed the deal by getting me a lower rate than what I had already secured. I really can't say anything negative about my experience with Sarchione Ford. They are a top notch 5 star dealership unlike any other I've been to. Thanks guys! Well done. More
