I wanted to share one concern regarding our recent purchase. During our test drive, your sales associate handed us a single key fob. That omission affected our decision-making. A missing key fob is a material fact, and we should have been informed upfront. I want to be clear that we were very happy with every other part of the purchase experience. The process was smooth, professional, and handled well. However, Donna paid $399 for VIN etching. Since we now have to purchase and program a replacement key fob ourselves, I am requesting a refund of the $399 etching fee so we can apply those funds toward the cost of the replacement fob and programming.
