Upon arrival I asked the Nissan Rep if I could get an alignment check and he told me that it would cost over $150.00. Just for a simple alignment check. That’s ridiculous! I had a 8:00am appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. I sent a text message to the person I checked in with as she instructed and she never replied, I had to go out and look for her to see when 2 hours. This is not the first time this has happened, I have waited 3 hours before just for an oil change. Unacceptable.!!!! More
