Flew in from out of town to buy a pre-owned BMW they had taken in on trade. I was short on time, so I had asked Kyle to be sure to have everything ready to go for my arrival. Just as promised, he did (he came in early that morning just to make sure everything all ready before I arrived as the dealership opened). I have probably bought 150+ cars in my life/biz and this was one of the most streamlined experiences I've had with a mainstream dealership. Paperwork was ready, car was cleaned, and--most importantly--when a minor detail that the dealer was to have taken care of couldn't be done in time, Kyle and the dealership made it right without me having to even ask. Kudos to Kyle and Sport Subaru South for making this a great experience! 5 stars. More
