Honestly if you were to ask me if I'd ever write a good review about dealerships I would have laughed. However, I/we were pleasantly surprised by this dealership. From the first step through the door to th review about dealerships I would have laughed. However, I/we were pleasantly surprised by this dealership. From the first step through the door to the final process I/we couldn't have been happier. Don't get me wrong you are still going to be there or any dealer for well over 2 or 3 hours when you decide to actually make a purchase but I/we didn't mind. David our salesperson was about as down to earth as could be. And that is not a word I'd use to describe most auto salespeople. There was zero pressure in the selling process. As a matter of fact he said "go drive it again, take your time". He answered all our questions/concerns and it was as plain and matter of fact as it could be. And we did drive it twice and for as long as we felt we needed to in order to be sure it was what we wanted. We did look it over without feeling like we were being rushed in any way. And was not made to feel awkward about it either. Angie in Finance is an absolute doll and her zen office reflects her high energy but chill personality! Again, another very down to earth person in an auto dealership. Truly this is unheard of in our world, both coming from working for dealerships in the past. If we ever need another vehicle (which in our case was a used non Suburu model), we would absolutely go back to this dealership and have no issue referring them to anyone we know who is looking to buy. More
