Every aspect of the experience with Oakley personnel was remarkably perfect!!! No one was pushy in the choosing of a newer vehicle for us which was very nice! We test drove a Jeep which was our pick and t remarkably perfect!!! No one was pushy in the choosing of a newer vehicle for us which was very nice! We test drove a Jeep which was our pick and the purchasing aspect went smoothly and flawlessly! The closer on the deal was, as ALL of the guys we dealt with, were very personable, straightforward/honest and very equipped to answer any questions we had and got the job done in no time! We had a trailer hitch installed 2 days later by their service department and each and every aspect of that process was also personable, quick and flawless. We have bought 12-15 cars from the Oakley Team in the past 3 decades and we trust them to help us get the finest vehicle each and every time. They do not disappoint!!! When we first worked with Oakley's, Jack's & Scott's Dad was in charge. Little by little, Jack & Scott became the owners and operators of the establishment and their Dad taught them quite well! Customer satisfaction was a key component to their success - still is! Now the Grandsons are carrying out all the is required to keep this enterprise going strong. WELL DONE! More

Not once did I hear any of the worn out cliche car sales phrases. I found Brady to be pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened and answered questions intelligently without a sales pitch. Pricing was simple and transparent. Absolutely no hidden fees. Everyone I spoke with conveyed a warm welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Brady and the Gang at Oakley's More

Ja Mustang I wanted. I called Oakley and Harlan worked with me and kept me informed without high pressure sales tactics. He was truly a professional. Jacob worked the numbers and got me the deal I was comfortable with. We drove almost four hours to get the convertible of our dreams. I also want to thank everyone at Oakley Auto World for their patience. They worked beyond closing time to get us into our Mustang! If they have a different car in years to come that I would love to make mine, I would definitely head to Oakley Auto World again! 😁 More

Harlan was great to work with, not pushy, but helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job of working with me through the process. I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that knowledgeable. He did a great job of working with me through the process. I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that my backup camera and turn signal light were not covered under my warranty, when we knew that the signal light was out on the day I purchased the vehicle, and the backup camera stopped working on the evening that I purchased the vehicle. I’ve already ordered the replacement camera $69.00 on Amazon and I’ll just dig in and figure out the intermittent turn signal problem. All in all a good overall experience, but if you’re buying a vehicle here, get an agreement as to what they are going to fix and I’d get it in writing. More
