Purchased a bespoke Lexus LC500 Convertible from Northside Lexus. Mr. Christianson, the GSM at the store called me to tell me "lying" about wanted to buy the Bespoke car. I raised the matter with leadership, got a generic "understands our customer service expectations and that acts in accordance with our Lexus Values in all aspects of his employment" response from leadership.
