That's on the day my wire went through eventually. The dealership itself is impressive, but leadership conduct matters. I raised the matter with leadership, got a generic "understands our customer service expectations and that acts in accordance with our Lexus Values in all aspects of his employment" response from leadership. Because of my experience, I would not do business with this dealership again. More
